Three simulator bays are planned
Our plan is for three indoor simulator bays in Denver, North Carolina, near Lake Norman. Equipment selection and installation details remain subject to final confirmation. We are not announcing installed XO2 launch monitors, an available course library, or a confirmed number of players per bay.
A pro shop and golf services are part of the vision
A pro shop and golf club services are planned. Staffing, available fitting appointments, service details, and opening arrangements will be announced when confirmed. The education articles in The Journal are available to read now; they do not open service intake.
A planned place to gather
A beer and wine bar is part of the plan and is subject to approvals. It is not currently operating, and we are not announcing available drink service.
