Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Mile High Golf website, customer accounts, booking tools, and service-request forms.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only an account you are authorized to control. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Creating an account requires acceptance of these Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy. Optional marketing permission is requested separately and is not a condition of creating an account or receiving requested services.
Bookings and cancellations
A booking is confirmed only when the website displays a confirmation and our booking system records it. Displayed availability can change before confirmation. Cancellation eligibility, deadlines, and any applicable fees are shown in the booking flow or confirmation. Contact us when online cancellation is unavailable.
Prices and payment
Displayed prices are subject to correction before a transaction is completed. When the booking flow states that payment is collected at the venue, a reservation confirmation is not a payment receipt. Any future online payment flow will identify the amount and payment terms before submission.
Golf-shop and custom-service requests
Submitting a fitting, repair, engraving, resurfacing, or custom-club request does not authorize work or create a final quote. We may need to inspect the item, confirm materials and timing, and obtain approval of pricing or artwork before beginning work.
Customer content
You may submit notes, images, or artwork only when you have the right to provide and use them for the requested service. Do not submit unlawful, harmful, infringing, or malicious material.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service, submit false reservations, impersonate another person, or use automated activity that harms customers or operations. Clearly labeled and authorized quality-assurance testing is permitted by Mile High Golf staff.
Availability and changes
Pre-launch features may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may suspend an account or request when necessary for security, safety, fraud prevention, or misuse. We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do.
Disclaimers and limits
The website is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Venue participation may also be subject to posted safety rules, waivers, or service-specific terms.
